1970
Foundations & Early Growth
Company Milestones
- 1971 – Rick Clements founds Accessories Unlimited, Inc. (AUI).
- 1977 – Moved operations to Stone Mountain, GA.
- 1978 – AUI becomes officially incorporated.
- 1984 – Secures first six-figure contract with the Marriott Marquis (key milestone project).
- 1987 – Lands major contract for the IBM Tower (Midtown Atlanta).
